earning the respect of each client, sub-contractor, employee who chooses to work with us.
Steve - General Manager
Steve has a background in the Maine Credit Union system. He has transitioned from helping Members manage their money to helping Clients
manage the construction of their biggest purchase of their life – their home!
When Steve isn’t working, he is usually in his boat during the summer months at Beech Hill Pond and in the winter walking on
Manasota Key Beach in Venice Florida.

Dawn - Construction Manager
Dawn has more than a decade of experience in our industry. From her very first day with Coastline Homes, we saw the value she
brought to our team. She knows this business from deposit to handing the keys over. She can talk to subcontractors and clients
alike and has an uncanny ability to earn trust from every person she works with.
When Dawn isn’t working, she can be found on the water somewhere or taking adventures on her Side by Side.

Coastline Construction Team
Unlike many other mobile or modular "dealers" we have a team of construction professionals employed by Coastline Homes as carpenters.
This allows Coastline a higher level of quality control, because it is this team that completes our homes instead of out-sourcing to
sub-contractors. Along with this team, we work with a core group of licensed contractors to complete the scope of work beyond carpentry.
